Postage & Packing
Royal Mail to UK £5 Rest of World £20
All items will be dispatched quickly within 5 days, unless otherwise specified.
Packaging I take the utmost care packing each item securely to reach you safely, large prints will be posted rolled lengthways wrapped in tissue paper within a large heavy duty postal tube delivered by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for on delivery. Smaller prints will be posted in stiffened cardboard envelope. Deliveries should not be accepted if they arrive in a damaged condition.
Returns Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order, please contact me at info@lesleytreloar.com for a refund which will be given as long as the item is returned in original condition, undamaged and sent in the original packaging with postage paid for by the customer.
Any refund except for damage or loss in transit (see below) will be minus the original postage cost.
Loss/Damage I send all orders by Royal Mail, very rarely items can be damaged or lost, in this case I will resend or refund through Royal Mail insurance, but only under the following conditions: Any non-arrival of items must be reported to me by email info@lesleytreloar.com within 14 days of the original order being placed. Any damaged items must be reported to me immediately upon receipt of the order. To process a claim for damage I will need photographs of the damaged packaging and goods (Royal Mail terms), and may need you to ship both back to us. Please keep all damaged goods and packaging until I have contacted Royal Mail.
